RINCE NA H’EIREANN PARENTS ASSOCATION

The Connick-Reid School / Rince na h’Eireann Parents Association (RNEPA) is an educational organization whose primary objective is to elevate and share Irish dance and culture in our community. All of our activities are initiated and carried out by volunteers, some of whom no longer have students actively dancing. Most notably, we actively seek performance opportunities for our dancers, through which they grow not only in their execution of dance, but also in their understanding and appreciation of the related culture. Dancers learn to share their experiences with children, adults, and seniors with self-assurance and poise, becoming well versed in answering questions about dance and traditional costumes and music. Furthermore, we aim to provide each Connick-Reid School dancer with significant non-instructional tools: school costumes, network support, music workshops, competition opportunities, and performance and fitness masterclasses, with no consideration to family income, and without regard to dance level. Our focus is the dancers; through their success, we find ours.
